Using only the native browser for your phone: SAFARI (for iPhone) or Google CHROME (for Android), click or copy and paste the link below and a banner will appear to install. IMPORTANT REFUNDS: Any private lesson deposits which are subsequently cancelled, will be refunded early on in the month following the booked session.

Please note: any other refunds, will be only made on either, us cancelling due to rain, or due to a coach or court issue SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS*. Once issued the refunded amount can take up to 10 days to show on your statement but is usually much quicker.

SELF-CANCELLATION (online booking system):

A minimum of 36 hours cancellation period is required, or the full fee is payable. Our coach and court costs are un-recoverable after this period. We are not liable for late cancellation regardless of reason.

COACH-CANCELLATION (i.e. regular slots booked in by your coach):

A minimum of 48 hours cancellation period is required for requests to your coach to cancel a lesson.
